After having written so much about the past I have suddenly acquired the divine power to predict the future.
For example I can predict what exactly is going through Vims mind and what he is going to blog late night today/tommorrow.
He is going to blog a series of pictures titled " What money cannot buy."
One by one. Haule haule sey

???!!!
let's wait and watch what vims has to say i still stick to my prediction.
Thatz right folks... AB can actually predict... read my mind... Here I go! :
Once upon a time, long long ago the advertising association of India in order to bust the myth that advertising can sell anything released an advt stating that "No amount of money can sell this!". The visual next to the text was that of an egg-shell!
Think about it... how difficult it would have had been for them to think of something that money actually cannot buy and no amount of advertising can sell!
I was wondering if you could think of something on those lines and list out more products...
love, fresh air, nature... all these money cannot buy. But I'm not sure about the second part of your question.
the svc blog
vims slam book
AB, you're spot on!
Tas... I am talking about a product. Something tangible...
Vimal,
How about a monarch's crown ?
Ya Kausty, but no one will market / sell a monarch's crown...
What i want is... Think of a product one would want to sell by advertising. A product that no amount of advertising can sell!
"A comb to another human egg shell"
Give up~!
Actually there could be many if the market is limited:
1] Mink fur coat to people in the sahara desert.
2] A refrigerator to an icelander
3] A fig leaf to a hard core terrorist.
4] Chicken butter masala to Baba Ramdev and his die hard followers
and so on...
And if you still do not agree then vims its time to blog your original pictures you were trying too a week back.
No... no... no... A mink fur coat can be marketed to a right target audience.. Icelanders actually buy refrigerators to keep products at a higher temperature than ambient.
The point that i want to make is that no amount of advertising can sell a bad product. Period. And how difficult it would have had been for the advertising guys to come up with egg-shell as a product to illustrate the fact that good advertising can never sell a bad product!
"A fig leaf to a hard core terrorist".
I didn't get it...did you mean an olive branch??!!
"a fig leaf" has other obvious purposes!! Tsk..tsk.
Oh My God,
everyone is so mixed up and confused after AB's prediction--Vimal the wealth u've given can never be bought or replicated---THANKS
Well Sarita, a Blog is a space that can be marketed and sold... Similar to space selling in the publication industry ;-) Thanx for the pat on the back though...
