That was the newspaper headline a few days back. Just to give everyone on the blog an idea of how the UK government is dealing with swine flu !! The fact remains that there is nothing much anyone can do till the possible "vaccinations" are ready by October. And that too are not sure to work.
And to scare you all a bit more.......no more bird watching......specially for Vimal, no more jaunts into wilderness for nature photography.

Swine flu has now jumped to birds, opening a potentially dangerous new chapter in the global epidemic.
Chile's health ministry today said it ordered a quarantine for two turkey farms outside the port city of Valparaiso, after genetic tests confirmed sick birds were afflicted with the same virus circulating in humans.
Health experts had already expressed fears that swine flu could combine with avian flu - which is far more deadly but tougher to pass along - to create a more dangerous, easily-transmitted strain.
