As many of you know today is Thanksgiving Day here in the US. I am always thankful to everyone for enriching my life in their own way, but this year I am especially thankful for the opportunity provided by this blog to get back in touch with my childhood friends. Thanks to Vimal for creating this blog and to Enarkay for finding me on batchmates and introducing me to this blog. I am also thankful to all my friends and family for getting me through a very difficult past year!
Here are some pictures of my feeble attempt at a Traditional Thanksgiving meal. It was just my son and I, but we had a good time.

Hi Seetha, I forgot to mention that I am now quite close to you.....
Don't get me wrong....What I mean is that I am in the East Coast!
Faiyaz - How close and where???
Not all that close though - Right now with my Family!
Thanx to Seetha and everyone at Blogland for spending quality time out here with a determination to remain connected... Feels good to have friends like you.
Pumpkin pie eh Seetha? Yummmm!
Faiyaz,
Where man?
Yeah, that is my son's favorite. If I let him he will devour the whole thing in one day, :).
Hilu, I am currently @ Toronto.
Peter Peter Pumpkin Eater
That reminds me we had Peter/Dharma during our times !
Wow! Looks Appetizing! Great to have you back Seetha.
Ah the gourmet's choice ! Lets gormandize !
Hey Faiyaz, how long are you in Toronto?
Thanks Enarkay, feels good to be back, :).
Naresh - Wow, First time i've seen someone use the word 'gormandize'!!!
A couple of days more before i touch base.
Seriously Seetha, You can start a restaurant of your own along with your son and serve spicy Indian food for the junta out there!
Thanks for the vote of confidence Faiyaz, :). However, if anyone in my family see what you have written they will laugh, since I am considered the worst cook in m y family. Whenever my sisters visit, my sons go "No offense to you Mom, but we like the food periamma makes, better". What can I say, :((
Looks yummo,as my fav, Rachel Ray would say! Or deeeeeeeeelish! Good work, Seetha!
