a second lease of (blog) life for Sanjay Parmar

Hi folks !

it literally took me a visit to Mumbai and Vimal's "hotseat" on his PC to begin this new second lease of life on SVC's blog...so after checking the Muhuratam and all that here i am...some would know me....like Alpn and Ashu; Henry, Stanley and the gang and perhaps a couple of others....so for teh sake of the others, for starters, i was at SVC till 5th standard and later moved to HPS, Hyderabad to do my +2 then back to Bam and Khallikote college for Bcom grad. then on to Calcutta(oops Kolkata) for my hotel mgtmt followed by stints with the Oberois and Le Meridien at New Delhi before I found my mooring at Rotary International where I currently head the Rotary Foundation for South Asia region.

So have a great New Year !!

Sanjay

PS: Vimal, for a change, has allowed me a grace period to post my not so gracious picture ;)

Hello Sanjay,
I remember Vimal's cousin Sanjay. I met you once at Vimal's place when the whole class was celebrating his birthday.
At that time your kid brother(?) was an infant. What does he do now?

Hi Sanjay. Not very sure if we have met but your name sounds familiar. Is Rajeev Ranjan with you at Rotary?
Nice to have you on the blog.

Hi Sanjay, we probably did not cross paths at SVC, thanks for the intro and hopefully we will see you more on the blog. I was at SVC until my 7th standard.

Nice to know you could place me Sujata...yeah, i was mostly known as Vimal's cousin back then being an introvert but I knew most of his classmates and that includes you too...the curly haired one!

Hey Enarkay ! it IS a small world !! I know Rajeev was at SAIL and in Kolkata for a while...but Rajeev has moved on and is currently in HR at SOS Village, an NGO but we are still in touch...in fact, a colleague of mine and we still get together once a while.

and finally, thanks to you Seetha for extending your hand...that is quite sweet of you.
