Good work Nargis --churning out such nice narratives of funny episodes.With Henry around, Faiyaz will agree with that, such instances keep happening often -he draws the bizarre around him, in the same way that Channa podo pitha (remember the sweetish sweet of Berhampur) attracts flies.
Anyone remember the quaint rule of being punished by being made to stand outside class -- and the mangoes next to the merry go round --and the school annual drama ( in class six, we used to gather around Shiloo, who was playing the role of Prince Charming to Charlene,from Khargapur, who was the PYT (pretty young thing )who was playing Snow White --and we were trying to suggest practical tips on the right way to kiss a Princess, before the drama teacher threw us out)--and does anyone remember the shuttle-games with the teachers after class --I wonder where Miss Valsamma and the rest are.
