People from Berhampur, Ganjam although BG developed a colony and subsequently named it "BG"pur !!
Despite our BG schedule, Every Sunday it was Cricket at the Barracks Ground !
Girija Bhawan, Gola Bondho, Gate Bazaar !!
GB a very familiar household name then was extensively used even much before Bill Gates himself !
This calls for the attention of the Guiness Books !!

Your description leaves me very D ZEEE --how you could be so BG in desert kingdom and yet pen such prose by the K g
By the way, I was not sure if Berhmapur is ever the same again --even the name is changed to Brahmapur, as I discovered on the platform while passing through.
