Vimal I also have a suggestion. Why dont you incorporate the school badge in the title of this blog. I think it is a powerful symbol of our shared legacy.

Thank for Sr. Roslie's beautiful picture. This is exactly the image of her that I have in my mind.

Lord, make me an instrument of Thy peace;
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
and where there is sadness, joy.
O Divine Master,
grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console;
to be understood, as to understand;
to be loved, as to love;
for it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to Eternal Life.
Amen.

Good Morning Sister!

Right on, Naresh.

No disrespect, far from it. Love her too, but man!

Thinking of her the word "stern" comes to my mid.

Rather Sister Julia was closer to sunshine.

Sr Rosalie was my class teacher in my last year -Senior Cambridge final year -at school and I still cherish each and every momemt of those days --Merchant of Venice, Pygmalion, and the debates around Moral Science themes.
I am still privileged to be in touch with her --she inspires me and advises me even now.
I salute one of the finest teachers I have ever known !

World History wouldn't have been so intresting had it not been for her!! She made Bismark & Garibaldi look like dwarfs with her sonorous voice & powerful rendering--her command of the subject was such that it made u wonder at times if she'd seen it all---an eyewitness--my regards to a wonderful teacher!!!
