So being on the wrong side of 45, had been to the doctor for my yearly physical. All's well except my liver related readings were outta whack (AST/AGT something like that).
Anyways, 2 out of the 3 suspicions, hepatitis and fatty liver have been ruled out, after tests.
The doctor, being a very good friend of my wife suspects "jaam" and both are after me to quit, but I can assure you, I'm no Fai or Naresh, know what I mean? ;-)
Your post reminds me of alcometers (breathalyser)which is being deployed by the police at 'Vizag' quite stringently. If the guy has too little blood in his alcoholic system -- more than 30gm / 1000ml , then he faces 6 months imprisonment or 2000 fine. Or should I say more alcohol in his bloody system.

Concerned about your health. A peg a day definitely keeps the doctor away , but don't make him a family friend for the sake of 'Bacchanalian revelry'. I am definitely with Archana's 'concern'. Stop it when it starts enjoying ' You'.

Omkar bhai,why r u shying away from the 3rd- ALD.Don't worry nature has been so kind to mankind that,the liver has the highest capacity of regenration,despite all types of insults.Even if it fails nothing to worry, we have the succesful life saving option of Orthotopic liver transplant
