wedding bells

hi folks, as arun says i accept the award of 1-post wonder but had a lot of work. lots happening on the blog in the meantime. aruna, pl write a few posts will def catch up with u when next i am in pune. well this is a recent snap of my family at a wedding in pune. india is so sartorially rich that my hubby sports a puneri pagdi, my dotter is in a ghagra(shades of rajasthan) and i am in a kanjeevaram from the deep south. so folks, growing babies in petri dishes is 4 now on the back burner as the temp is 2 high- poor souls will prob curl up with the heat and die. and rahul (boy wonder from the illus gandhi dynasty ) is in town so we mere mortals have a grt day with uninterrupted power supply 4 a change- thus the luxury of this post. i remem sancheta - gud looking girl, grt nature 2, my class mate smitas 2nd sis. their mother was a true blue bengali who hugged mine very tight when she startred speaking in beng- we r honorary bongs by the way- born in cal, went there 4 all my hols and thus my moniker also. as arun says we r getting truly muddled and befuddled in bertie wooster style ( that deliteful woozy, rich aristocrat with a razor sharp butler). anyways we can always catch up when me meet - lets have a contest of pin the name on the face ( akin 2 tail on the donkey). ashu is off 2 aus and so has escaped this scorcher of a summer. will plan the reun as soon as the monsoons hit town as then my patients go a planting and reaping. sir stanlislaus davidoff, happy birthday 2 u. am purposely coining new name as have 2 keep up the tradition of the blog. arun, u can help me with the nitty gritties ( and that does not include aunty kutty and champa gani) when we finally get down 2 planning as our blogmaster has 2 mucho on his hands and does not seem a very gud option. will stop rambling now - have 2 host a pre wedding dinner. bye and tc.
