It was a special show atop the double-decker bus (the top floor without the roof and it was 12 noon as we moved through the city for 1.5 hours and viewed our opinions on hopes for the city on th eve of the assembly elections. I got a deep tan at the end of it, with no cloud for cover! I could see the clouds here and there but they refused to be where they should be (grrrr). I know you can't click here itself so please cut and paste the link if you are enthu enough!!
The Bangkok trip was hectic but wonderful. Since we were put up the Grand Sukhumvit hotel in central Bangkok - me on the 22nd floor - it was heartening to see a terrible urban city until a decade and a half having turned into an international city. The infrastructure, the cleanliness and social hygiene is remarkable. Lucky are the citizens who feel proud of their city. That's not the case of all cities in India, specially Pune where Swine Flu reigns and is empowered more by the day, as the city gets dirtier and filthier!! Bah!

I am so sorry to disappoint you Arun, but that's the way I actually look!!!!!!!!!!! The other pics that you saw earlier were when i was specially dressed up for some event!(Anyway, you will see me soon, i am going to invite u,keep guessing) So, pl pardon the poor photographer - he sure did his job the way it was! Harsh reality?? What Faiyaz says is right - Arun is after Vinita's interview!
