Those overhead transmission lines--are they for trams? Or is that a typical Russian look?

St Petersburg has trams, trolley buses which have regular wheels but are driven through the overhead cables, and of course, regular buses and the Metro. Venu, u must be an auto buff, recognising brands from this distance. Btw, I'm back in Delhi. Enarkay, I was a good boy there. Well, mostly...
