yea...I hated that smirk on his face. But guess what, don't you think he got off too easily? I mean it was not so much about the molestation per se but more about the harrasment and the flaunting of his powerful muscles....!!
If i have understood properly this is only for the molestation bit where he was arguing that the room was too small for him to be molesting. the case of abetment to suicide is still pending.
in FB you said that it would be a good topic for a Ram Gopal film. I honestly feel BBC should make a documentary on the harrassment and agony the family and friends of Ruchika went through. This should then be shown to every cop, every journalist, every sensitive person so that they will never dare to misuse their power.
However even as we discuss this, an action replay has taken place in Madhya Pradesh. One really feels sad at the turn of events. Only exemplary punishment will act as a deterrent.
