Sudden trip to India
Hi folks, a sudden trip to India (mainly Chennai) has materialized. Hopefully my 25 year saga of trying to bring my mother to the US will be over. I will be arriving in Mumbai at 9:00 pm on July 6th and boarding a flight at 6:00 pm on the 7th to go to Chennai. I will then be in Chennai for the rest of my trip. As of now I am still not sure when I am coming back (could be any day between the 18 and 21st of July), or if I am coming back via Mumbai or flying directly from Chennai. Since I am in Mumbai for such a short time and it is a work day, I am not sure if I can meet any of you folks in Mumbai or not, but if any of you are in Chennai please give me your contact number and I will call you when I get to Chennai. I will be getting a local SIM card when I get there. Hopefully I will get to meet at least some of you!

Yes that would have been great, but unfortunately I cannot afford Emirates. I am trying to book for me to come back with my mother from Chennai and Emirates is coming up really expensive

Great...! I am sure we can catch up as long as its 6.00PM (as mentioned by you) on 7July and not AM. You have almost a day on hand except that its a working day... lets see... will somehow try and manage.
@ Vimal: Yes my flight leaves at 6:00 pm from Mumbai on the 7th. I will be staying in Chembur with my uncle. You had given your cell number last year. Is it still the same? I can call you when i get there.

@Nargis: It is my goal to make it to BAM and BBSR (my brother went to Sainik School there) some day with all my siblings, not sure when that is going to happen, :(
