thanx a lot vinita. i just had one evening for this write-up, hope did justice to the topic.though enjoyed writing against the time factor.

when i was doing some research on the net i was surprised with the shakuntula love story and the origin of the word Bharat.

just read about the girl who was humiliated by the moral police(and her dad)of mangalore committed suicide using her own dupatta.

even shahrukh khans house has not been spared. this surely is the ugly face of so called Hindutva that needs to be condemned.

BTW, Arun--do you live near the Siddhi Vinayaka temple? I visited my wife's grand uncle in Dec, 2007, and he lives close to the temple. He's the son of the reputed educationist from BAM--Wunnam Ramalinga Rao (there is a pond near Girija Bhavan named after him)
