Hi there , I am Jawaid Iqbal 1976 SVC ICSE batch. Many thanks to Vimal for getting us all together on a common platform. Right now I am teaching at Aligarh Muslim University. Have been in touch with Vimal and Smita over the past one year and get to know about other friends from them. This is my first try at a blog. If this post succeeds then I will send a detailed one.

Welcome....We are all relatively new to this blog bit. By the way, who is Smita? Is she Smita Choudhury sister of Sancheta and Sushmita who had a brother called Susanto? Hope she is the same - If so, kindly drag her along - I mean into this blog.

Faiyaz, Smita is in Mumbai and I just spoke to her today. On my last trip to Kolkata I met Sushant also. Sancheta is in Balasore and Sushmita is probably in Dhanbad.
Remember Thelma? She is in Muscat. Olga is in a town near Bangalore and Rayla is in Mumbai.
